Bennie commenced his career in liquidations in 1998 and his skills include legal knowledge applicable to company law and insolvency law, business rescue, liquidations and insolvency practice .

 

During 2012 , Bennie successfully completed the Advanced Certificate in Business Rescue Proceedings presented by The Law Society of South Africa in conjunction with UNISA . He is a registered Business Rescue Practitioner with CIPC .

 

Bennie is a highly experienced insolvency and senior business rescue practitioner who has been appointed in many high profile and complex turn arounds and liquidations .
